This place is fantastic! We were there for a month in our RV. Once it sold. We stayed in the Cottages. The staff is so friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. They even pick up your garbage every morning. Very clean RV Park. We will definitely stay there again when we are in in Rockport.
I found the entire staff to be amazing, property is very well maintained. I highly recommend the property long term or short term. Thank you By the Bay! Mike Fine
My husband and I stayed here in a RV for 3 months over winter. It was a great place to stay. The park is maintained beautifully, and the staff is so friendly. They made us feel right at home. This was our first time staying in Texas for the winter, and the friendly people here made it a great time. We highly recommend By the Bay for anyone wanting a quiet, friendly place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.
Have to say we found this park when we were displeased with the other park we had reservations for multi months.. they stayed a few mins past closing to help us. We needed a spot for a few nights till we found out next long term place and I was amazed with the hospitality from all the staff and the park itself was very clean and friendly.. thanks so much for the help and understanding of our situation.. Highly recomend yall..
My husband and I stayed at By the Bay for about two months while we were in the area for work. Initially we stayed in one of the cottages- very clean, well maintained, completely furnished with anything you could need for a long or short term stay. This location is also very safe, has a dog park, and is very quiet. Mr Rodney, Ms Rochelle, and Ms Theresa were always so friendly and helpful with any questions we had, changing reservation dates around our work schedule, and staying in touch about local activities we could enjoy. They also stayed in great contact with the guests regarding storms (we were there for the beginning of Hurricane season) and shared local updates as they came out. When we ended up purchasing a camper, we decided we were absolutely staying in their park. They helped us choose the right spot for our camper, changed our reservation from the cottage to the camper site so we wouldn't lose our place to stay, and even offered advice to us as new camper owners on set up and maintenance. When I tell you this place is EXCELLENT for their customer service, cleanliness, and communication- I mean it!!! We would stay here 100 out of 100 times, hands down. Very very happy with our stay, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The most welcoming RV Resort we have been to . Rodney is ever present insuring all concerns are met, and guests are satisfied. We would have given a five star review except for one caveat being all the sand burrs our dogs picked up in the grass areas.
This is a RV Park with at least 8 very nice, well-stocked cabins and a 6-room motel. The managers are very nice, responsive and accommodating. The park is clean and well-kept. The residents are very friendly and accepting of the new guests. There's a small community room and weekly activities. Unfortunately, it does not have a pool.
We stayed in the motel while we were visiting relatives who were in the RV park. The rooms were very spacious, clean, had a small fridge, small table with 2 chairs and two queen firm beds. The manager was very accommodating. Everyone there were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well kept and no trash anywhere! Definitely recommend! Next time we are in the area we will stay there again.
